Our mission isn’t just to deliver great IT solutions to our clients – it’s to constantly improve how we work, too.
That’s why, in partnership with the University of the Western Cape (UWC), we recently launched an internal AI innovation initiative focused on making our own teams faster, more effective, and better connected.
Why We Did It
We believe AI should help people make better decisions, reduce duplication of effort, and deliver better experiences – for both employees and customers.
Our internal AI capability will help us:
✅ Quickly search and interrogate our knowledge base
✅ Leverage existing documents and historic success to improve responses
✅ Reduce turnaround times for sales and service requests
✅ Improve accuracy and consistency across teams
Key Use Cases
We scoped a clear 4-week project with focused goals:
- Search internal documentation to support consultants and service teams
- Summarise RFP/RFQ documents and generate actionable items for sales
- Quickly retrieve company details for proposals
- Build repeatable, consistent “flight plans” for projects
The Technology Stack
We’re building on what we already use every day:
– Microsoft Copilot
– Microsoft Azure AI
– SharePoint and Teams
– Ivanti Neurons for ITSM
This approach ensures native integration with our existing workflows while staying secure and scalable.
Partnering for Impact
We’re grateful to UWC for their collaboration and to our own teams for driving this initiative.
By investing in these capabilities, we’re not only improving how we work internally – we’re ensuring we can deliver even better service, support, and outcomes for our clients.
We believe that when people have the right tools, they do their best work.
This project is just one example of our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
