We are thrilled to announce the successful launch of Think Tank Software Solutions’ Quarterly Free training, held on June 26th. The session, titled “Introduction to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM,” was hosted by our very own Simone Mosidi, Simone is a Ivanti Certified Consultant with hands on experience who delivered the bulk of the session with her extensive expertise and engaging presentation.
All attendees were given access to a Sand Box environment in order to facilitate a more hands on approach and allow everyone to experience the platform first hand. Each of the attendee were also assigned multiple roles within the platform to ensure individuals see the platform from the perspectives of the various roles within an organisation.
The session was well attended by individuals from our existing client base, seeking a more holistic understanding of the entire platform, as well as by several attendees with no previous exposure to the product.
Feedback from the session was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees expressing satisfaction with the content, depth, and level of information shared. One attendee commented that the session was very useful, exposing the potential of the platform and sparking new ideas and use cases for their business.
We have successfully managed to introduce more people to the platform, growing the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM community, and showcasing the platform’s potential to existing users, enabling them to realize more value from their investment and increase productivity.
